Discover the Charm
History
Rendarte Brazil was born from the union of respect and purpose.
We are passionate about beauty that carries memory — the kind born from the hands of wise women, crafted with time, patience, and profound knowledge.
🌿 We believe lace is art, not a product.
🌿 That tradition and innovation can walk together.
🌿 That every stitch is an act of cultural resistance and affirmation.
🌿 That fair trade is the only trade possible.
We work so no master artisan must choose between passing on her craft and being valued for it.
We believe dignified commerce is how we preserve our intangible cultural heritage.
how it works
1 selection
We work directly with lace artisans and master craftswomen who want to expand their reach. They personally curate which pieces to feature in our collection.
Bringing the work of the lace makers to new eyes is to unite the past with the present — giving new breath to an ancient art
2. Photography and description
Transmission of ancestral knowledge
We photograph, measure, catalog, and document each piece with meticulous care—honoring its origins and unique story.
3. Publishing and sales
Each piece is showcased in our online store (available in Portuguese, English, and Japanese) and across our social media platforms
Ethical and conscious valorization
4. Packaging and shipping
Ethical and conscious appreciation
When a piece finds its new home, we prepare custom packaging with an authenticity certificate and—when possible—a brief story of the artisan who created it
5. Fair payment
The majority of each sale goes directly to the lace artisan. We charge a fixed percentage to cover operational costs—always with full transparency.
Respect for lacemakers and popular culture is at the heart of the proposal, rejecting exploitation and promoting dignified recognition.

Master Wilma
Officially recognized as a ‘Master of Culture,’ Mestra Wilma is one of the great names in Brazilian Renascença lace. With decades of experience, she teaches, creates, and inspires other women in the art of weaving threads and stories. Her pieces are symbols of artisanal excellence and cultural resilience.
At Rendarte Brazil, we have the privilege of presenting her original works to the world—table linens, dresses, and other treasures—each bearing her signature and personal story.
🌸 ‘I create with my heart. Every piece carries a piece of my soul.’ — Mestra Wilma
